-Cerveny 686 Tuba -Altieri Tuba Case -2 Mouthpieces and Holder  A few dings throughout instrument and the bell has a dent, I showed it to a tuba repair center and they said it can be rolled out no problem. It still functions and sounds good the way it is but they recommend getting the dent rolled out.
