Pair Antique Folk Art American Hand Forged ANCHOR ANDIRONS Signed Taber - $995 - (Centerville, MA)

This is a rare set of hand forged antique andirons from an old local Cape Cod sea captains home.  They measure 29" long and 16" tall.  They show some overall rust. An exception pair of antique natively themed andirons. Perfect for the fireplace of a coastal home!! They appear to be signed ?? Tabor? As best we can tell. Please see photos. There was a forge located in New Bedford area that was run by the Taber family in the 1800's. Family was also involved in many ship building trades.
