Crib is 3 yrs old. Manufactured in 03/2012. Was purchased brand new from Target. Mattress is included. The crib has the capability to convert to a daybed, toddler bed and full bed. The bed conversion rails are sold on the Target website. There are a few teeth marks on the top rails from my daughter. Meets all ASTM & CPSC safety standards.
