Jeff the Rescue Mule - $1,500 - (Blanchard, MI)
Meet Jeff. He is a 14.2 hand approx 9yr old red mule, located in Winn, Michigan. He was a rescue in an abandonment case. He was left to starve to death, but was discovered just in time. He is a big love and will greet you when you pull in the driveway. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TRAINING HE HAS HAD other than two weeks with the Amish to make sure he could lead and tie and stay out of my lap . I don t ride anymore, so he has been a big dog for the past year that I have had him. He was rescued with a mare and long story she found a new home this summer. I put Jeff and my donkey together and they do NOT like each other. Both have been pastured with other equines, but dislike each other intensely. The donkey would be fine by himself, but Jeff is very lonely. I am putting out feelers to find him a nice home where he can be used and loved. Due to the circumstances with his buddy mare, I am going to be very fussy about where he ends up. I am asking 1500 for him.
