Red Wing Fancy Free Desert Teapot - $250 - (Manhattan, KS)

Offered for sale is a Red Wing Pottery Fancy Free Teapot in the Desert pattern. Designed by Belle Kogan, this line was introduced in 1952 and is a prime example of Mid-Century-Modern dinnerware design. The teapot and lid are in clean, very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is no interior staining or other significant signs of use wear. There is a rough spot on the underside of the lid (see photos) that appears to be a factory flaw of some sort. Please ask questions as needed.
