Book is in unread condition, crisp, little-to-no wear, black and grey boards and spine. Previous owner bookplate on inside front board, previous owner info in pen on top of first blank page as is a previous owner impressed mark on lower first page. Same previous owner impress mark appears on autographed title page. While pride of ownership is apparent in these markings, they do not detract too much from the awesome appearance of this copy of a famous book nor its author's autograph. But, please examine pictures closely and assess for yourself. Dust jacket is in near fine condition, $14.75 price on inner front flap, Saul Bellow blurb on front panel.
