This listing is for a simply stunning RM RS Prussia 11.75" plate with the gorgeous highly sought after SNOWBIRDS Scenic Decor! The plate had no chips,cracks or repairs. There is 1 very small spot on the edge that was not originally clear glazed but it's totally in the making and only mentioned for total accuracy. I even took the plate to a good friend who just happens to be a past president of the RS Prussia club for him to verify this as well!! Plates such as these aren't seen very often, noes your chance!
