Gustav A. Fritsche Memorial booklet 1939 Bay View School Milwaukee WI A great old Memorial Booklet from 1939 about Gustav A. Fritsche who was instrumental is the early school system in Milwaukee Wisconsin. There are writings about all he did in his life, history, and what people said about him such as, Melvin Simonsen, Bernhard C. Straube, Grace N. Kieckhefer, Leslie M. Klevay, Theo P. Otjen etc. It’s a nice memorial book and an awesome part of Milwaukee School history. About 26 pages total, including front and back. They are not numbered. Booklet is soft covered and has a soft textured cover. Measures 5 & 1/2” x 8 & 1/2” Condition: book has wear from time. (see photos) Cover has wear, letters faded on cover etc. Creasing on bottom corner of the first 12 or more pages. (in photos) Mostly pages are in nice shape. The booklet is not at all fragile~ I hope some history buff will enjoy it. thanks~
