A Fairbanks medical facility is looking for someone interested in helping fill in as a long term Temporary IT Service Desk Associate.This position is essentially a HelpDesk position providing first level customer support assisting various departments answering, logging and resolving customer issues both in person and over the phone. Basic training will be provided.An Associates degree in Computer Information Technology or relevant coursework preferred but not required.
