Flat black (no shine) with a slight grey tint. a.k.a charcoal. Works on M3901 M3902 M3903 M3904 M3905 1120e 1140e 1150e 1165e M3000 1100 series and many others. One end has no curl for 5 or 6 inches. New in a plastic sleeve. Picture shows 1, but you get 5 per buy it now. Put 2 in the window for 10, 3 for 15, etc. Relaxed the curly part of this cord is about 14 inches long, NOT 9 FEET. It is called a 9 foot cord because 9 feet of material goes into the curling machine. This naming scheme is confusing but it's the standard. 9 feet will be long enough for a cubicle or average desk. We have the 12 foot version in the store. Sold by the tens of thousands, this is a high quality generic cord, made in China with gold plated contacts. It is not OEM (original equipment manufacturer).
