This piece is a commemorative gold coin from Pegasus Gold Inc. and Zortman Mining Inc. which celebrates one million man hours. The coin itself reads "To Be The Safest Mining Co. In The World." Dated 1994-1995, this coin was minted just before Pegasus and Zortman had to close down, and was only given to employees within the company.
