Vintage Oval Metal Picture Frame Victorian Photo Bubble Convex Glass Young Girl - $150 - (Crown Point, NY)

My pictures are not great. It is hard to take without reflections. The closeup looks like spots but it does not look like that when looking at it. I think it may be dust under the glass. I did not want to take this apart and clean the glass. The picture magnified every speck. I am not sure what metal this is. The glass is good but as I stated it could use a cleaning but it looks fine to me. This pretty young girl has a pretty big bow and some sort of bracelet and locket. It must be hand tinted.
