PEPPER is a 9yr old grade mare. Pepper is standoffish with strangers and skeptical about humans. We believe she has suffered physical abuse in addition to the neglect she endured. Pepper is approx 14.1 hands. We have an experienced volunteer working with Pepper several times a week to help her see that humans are not out to harm her. Pepper is broke to ride.
