This is a nice old collectible Transferware PLATTERmade in the late 1800's, in the SULTAN Pattern, by English potter Thomas Forester & Sons.Some stain, mainly on the reverse side, but overall very nice, especially for its age.Please look at the photos and email if you have questionsWould look great in your collection.
