You are bidding on a 1966 Arnold Hoyer 43 "London Bass". Spruce top with maple back and sides with "F" holes. Semi-hollow with a Center Block under the top from neck to the bottom.Set neck, important feature for the tone. 30" short scale length. Laminate maple thin neck.Mother of pearl dot inlays. 1 1/2 nut width. Single blade pickup version with vintage tuning machine heads. Fat semi-hollow design gives this bass plenty of warmth and bottom end.Tone varies from punchy tight to full bodied warm tones with plenty of definition. A cross between a Hofner & 335.
