This is the book - Procedure Handbook of Arc Welding Design and Practice by The Lincoln Electric Company.  Fifth Edition.  1938.  A lot of wear to the cover.  The binding is cracking at the title page, but it is holding firm.  Still a sturdy book.  Several tissue paper fold-out pages that all appear to be in good shape.
