Yaesu FT-221R Transceiver Description: This listing is for a Vintage Yaesu FT-221R All Mode VHF Ham Transceiver This is an all solid state VFO controlled VHF radio covering the entire 2 meter band in FM, AM, SSB and CW. This radio is good cosmetically with little in the way of nicks or scratches. It is not pitted or corroded. It is tested to receive and have the face lights functioning, it was not tested to transmit as I simply don't have the antenna for it. The receiver sounds really great. This comes with a 12v power cord and hand microphone. I am selling this for a fellow ham who is having health issues, it is in good cosmetic condition. This is a used item.
