GHIC 38.1-70 Holder bars for internal blades, minimum bore diameter 2.75".  New old stock means this is new, never used, but it's been on a shelf for a while so the box is a bit scuffed.  ***This item was exposed to moisture. There is some oxidation on the tool. Look at photos for more information. Price has been drastically dropped for this defect.*** Made in Israel I have other Iscar products listed.
