When Bill Watterson was returning from sabbatical in 1992, Universal Press Syndicate sent out these wonderful signed and numbered lithographs of Calvin & Hobbes.This lithograph is in excellent condition with amazing color. There are no tears, holes, or rips. See photos for condition.These lithographs are extremely rare. Only 1,000 were signed, and many probably ended up pinned to a bulletin board in a newsroom or stashed away in a file cabinet. This auction includes the signed lithograph (650 of 1,000).A special treat includes the poster tube which was originally mailed to the editor (with the editor's mailing address on it too)! It's unlikely anyone ever kept the tubes around. This tube provides automatic authenticity.This is a one of a kind item.
