In great shape and fully working. Comes with PGX2 Microphone, PGX4 Receiver with Power Adapter, PGX1 Wireless Microphone BackPack, Shure 93 Microphone and Carrying Case. Comes with batteries. The Shure 93 mic for the wireless backpack has a small part that clips on to it. I'm not sure if it's all there. Everything comes as shown. This is the most complete Shure PGX setup like this that is currently on ebay.
