Roosevelt. It is a limited edition, Number 90 of 100 copies. This book is in good vintage condition. It shows typical wear for a book published in 1928. The pages show yellowing, there are some stains on the front and back covers and there are a couple of tears on top and bottom of the signature page where it attaches to the book. The outer protective storage case is in very good condition. Records of the Town of Hyde Park was edited by Franklin D. Roosevelt for the Dutchess County Historical Society, Volume III, 1928.
