Antique Carnegie Library Guthrie OK Sterling Silver Spoon, Mechanics Sterling Co - $23 - (Cedar Falls, IA)

Pretty souvenir spoon that is just about 4 1/4" long. It was made by Mechanics Sterling Co., a division of Watson Newell & Co. This weighs 10.8 grams and I have not cleaned it. I enjoy the patina but you certainly can use silver polish if you like the brighter look. :). The graphics on these antique spoons are so beautiful! Lots of eye candy on this one and very telling script from the late 1800's, early 1900's. Thanks much for looking and have a Blessed Day!
