Antique cast iron 'Teddy and the Bear' bank. I don't know much about this, other than it appears to be a reproduction based on the TAIWAN stamp. But, I am not an expert. For condition, see pics. From my late father's antique shop. Check out my other listings, I am putting up a few more banks!
