Rare Vintage Ultus Enamel Guilloche Watch Necklace 15J 935 Sterling Silver L@@K - $260 - (Preston, MD)

Up for sale is a vintage enameled sterling silver watch necklace on a sterling silver chain . Chain measures 28 inches long with a ring type closure marked Sterling. The watch is cone shaped, enameled and hand winding. The crown sticks a little and has blue stone on the end it could be a sapphire but I am not sure . The dial of the watch is marked Ultus. Inside on the works it is marked Arbus Watch Co Swiss 15 Fifteen Jewels, Two adjustments. There are a few spots of enameling missing that will need repair. Inside the cone cover shape it is marked Swiss Sterling Silver, and Argent Dore, along with 0.935 inside a rectangle. There are several hand written marks that I believe are service marks. The watch runs for a while and then stops then won't work then runs why I have no clue so it is being sold as is.
