Rookwood Floral Vase Signed by Kataro Shirayamadani KS 7 3/8" 1946 - $900 - (Higginsville, MO)

For sale is a Rookwood art pottery vase. It was made and signed by Kataro Shirayamadani (1887-1948), one of the most famous Rookwood artists. It is marked XLVI for the date 1946. Kataro Shirayamadani signed his work with Japanese inscription or KS. The vase is decorated with 3 flowers, I don't know what kind though. The vase measures 7 3/8" tall. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, or other issues. No crazing in the glaze either. I'm not sure what type of glaze it is, its not matte. Use pictures for condition.
