Original oil painting. Signed Bethane Sommers '66. I think Bethane was an American artist. Please feel free to research her name. Overall the painting is in good used condition (please look at pics and make your own evaluations as well) I am not sure what all is wear and what are marks from the artist. It could use some help with the framing as final pics show. Frame measures 27 inches by 23 inches.
