It is about 17 x 20 inches. The wooden frame is painted burnt orange and gold. The artist is C or Carl Peterson I believe. The C is hard to read but did find what I think is a match under Carl Peterson. See Pics. Very few if any chips in the frame, the frame is about 1 inch wide, and I see no chips or paint loss on the oil. It has a little impressionism, making it even more gorgeous I think. You have a ranch style setting with yucca plants and other wild plants along a winding road to the house. Very nice. The artist has a lot of sales under his name with one going for 1800. He was born in 1896 and died in 1970. Sold as is. I use paypal and Ebay's estimated shipping. May use Fed Ex
