Large Mid Century Original signed painting NESCI - $2,500 - (Issaquah, WA)

Large 48" x 24" (framed 56" x 32") Original oil or acrylic by NESCI. In VERY good condition. Everything is purely guess work as i have not definitively Identified this artist and am guessing it to be mid century based on the look of the frame.The frame is wood painted silver with a built in matt, the scene looks to be fishing on the Mediterranean. i am guessing also at the value and appreciate any feedback.
