Blue Flow Small Lidded Sauce Tureen with Underplate - $150 - (Spicewood, TX)
Flow Blue & White Sauce Tureen with Lid and Underplate. The sauce boat is 8 1/4 inches by 5 1/2 wide and 2 1/2 tall. There is some light crazing on the exterior and handles of the boat. The lid measures 6 inches by 4 3/8 inches wide and 2 1/8 inches tall. The lid is in good condition and has some light crazing. The Underplate is 8 inches by 6 1/8 wide and 1/2 tall. The are a few chips along the edge of the underplate and one rough spot in the glaze. It sees to have the ost wear. The ladle is broken but could be fixed. There are no makers mark on the ladle. The mark has a Swan with TRACo and a T under the TRACo. I haven't been able to determine who has that mark. This was from a collection from my Great Aunt who was born in 1896. It was valued at $200 in July of 1999 when my Father passed away, by Margaret L. Marshall Estate Sales & Appraisals in Dallas TX.
