Somewhat rural but quiet. I have a room for rent. I would hope to get someone who can be there at least 6 months. The longer the better. I'm not a clean freak but you should be able to clean up after yourself. You'll have full use of the house. Must have proof of a job or be a student. I'm really easy to get along with.
