milbar 25w . safety wire plier. reversible. smallest size. 6 inch handles. 9 inch total lenth. came from state surplus. photo of actual tool to receive. Work good , jaws good tread , original rubber catchers in center of jaw. gears good , forward reverse. lock / unlock good. snappy spring. had some surface rust from sitting in city storage shed. I refurbish them. sanded top of jaw , original stamp was weak, had that relazer etched at shop. the state removed there initials from center shaft. the only thing wrong with the tool is have to play with the switch to get to switch directions. I turn the switch 2 times to nutrual then two turns to either gear. basically stiff shifting. jaw tread looks good not worn. return policy. if item fails inspection within 21 days return for full refund. less return shipping. shipping is $6.50 usps priority mail, tracked , insured. lower 48 states.
