Vintage Teac 3340S Reel to Reel Tape Deck with RC-120 Remote Control - $350 - (Griffin, GA)
Up for auction is a vintage Teac 3340S reel to reel tape recorder/player. See condition. I am downsizing from my analog home studio to digital so I am selling my equipment. I am the original owner of this 3340S having purchased it from Clark Electronics in Macon, Georgia on September 9, 1975. The 3340S and RC-120 Remote Control were both purchased at the same time. The 3340S has some potential limitations with channels 2 and 4 (see condition) but the remote control works perfectly. I checked it. I have also checked channels 1 and 3 for record and playback and they both work. It is being sold as is. Included in this auction are the 3340S, RC-120 Remote Control, Teac 10 1/2" take-up reel with original box, AC power cord, two rubber adapters for different types of tape, two quick-change reel holders, Teac 3340S Marketing Brochure, Meet the Creator Marketing Brochure, and Teac Instruction Manual. I will also include an extra 10 1/2" empty reel and a 7" empty reel. To compensate for the potential issue with channels 2 and 4, I am pricing this package in a competitive manner at least in my thinking. The unit works just fine as a two channel unit. The RC-120 Remote Control has been selling for around $150. The unit could also be used for parts so I am pricing the package accordingly. The unit is heavy so it will be shipped by UPS. This is a great opportunity to pick up a great deal on a reel to reel. Thanks for looking and good luck.
