Nakamichi Cassette Deck 1.5 - Three-Head HiFi Cassette Deck with Dolby B/C NR - $385 - (Blacksburg, VA)

Up for grabs is a Nakamichi Cassette Deck 1.5 featuring a three-head transport along with Dolby B/C noise reduction. This is a fully functional unit with a brand new belt kit installed from Marrs Communications, one of the only distributors of factory spec Japanese belts. The transport has been thoroughly cleaned of all residue from the previous belt and the tapeheads have also been taken care of. All selectors on the front panel are in working order and there are no blemishes on the display of the unit. Audio output meters along with record leveling and bias work perfect as well. Speed has been adjusted to the best of my ability. There is a minor dent on the top of the unit close to the power button, however, it's not very noticeable when it's in a stand or cabinet. Included is a demo recording that I've made using standard Type I tape in addition to five prerecorded cassettes. Please note that the condition of the cassettes vary and some are missing their pressure pads. Aside from that, the original owner's manual and other documentation are included.
