On my Heathkit TT-1 tester they read 1600/1650, 1600/1650, 1650/1750 and 1700/1650. A reading of 840 would represent the minimum recommended value. These lightly used General Electric tubes are from 1970’s USA production. They feature gray plates, copper grid pins and halo getters. The 6FQ7 (aka 6CG7) is a medium-mu twin triode and is interchangeable with type 6CG7. This tube type is used extensively in quality audio equipment.
