Wolverine Toy Co was acquired by Spang Industries in 1968 and made toys in Booneville, AR until the early 80s when they switched to plastic toys. Windows, door frame, and chimney are plastic. Some minor noted rust marks or chips in paint and very few noted dents in metal. Preowned vintage condition. Please see photos for condition details. Item comes from a clean, smoke-free home.
