There are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item. Testing This item was plugged in and powered on. We then connected it to a monitor and played a S-VHS. The video and audio were crisp and clear. All function buttons and outputs worked as they should. We were only able to test the player function on this item, no other testing was done. Return Policy If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it. You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items).
