ARMER Radio Trainer - class length 2 Days - N.A. - (Morris, MN)
The CM Region has contracted with On-Target Training & Consulting to provide a 2-Day ARMER End User Trainer course of instruction with the intent of certification of individuals to deliver ARMER End User Training. Training is designed to cover the ARMER system, including basic characteristics and functionality. The instruction will also include subscriber functionality on the system. Key concepts will include: ARMER History and Governance Overview Trainer Learning Objectives ARMER 700/800 MHz Digital Trunked Radio System Portable Radio Operation Scenario-based Exercises Pre-requisites: All personnel attending Train the Trainer will be expected to have reviewed the following modules via Alexandria Technical College: History of ARMER, Interoperability, and Trunking 101. Students are required to come to class with a laptop computer. Course deliverables will be provided at the training via USB storage device. Student attending this course are elible for POST credit.
