SHIPPING TO US ONLY These 1960's pencil toppers were sold out of gumball machines in the 1960's. They are first issued examples that utilized the vacuum metal plating method. Soon after, the company in Hong Kong stopped using this method to cut costs. They then manufactured them by just changing the color of the plastic. They are hand painted also. These toppers have never been put inside a gumball machine, and remain in shiny mint condition. Not sure of the characters, but a rare find indeed. Free shipping too.
