They have 255 channels of Red, Green and Blue so you can customize to the exact color you want. There is also a party setting that changes through the colors. (All colors at 255 make white) As you can see in the pictures, you can daisy chain with the power so you technically only need 1 outlet but I don't know if I'd do much more than 6-8 on a run. They're LED so they're cool to the touch and safe for events with children who like to touch pretty things.
