Vintage Used Selmer Signet Special Series Bb Wood Clarinet in Very Good Condition This is a Selmer Signet Special Wood Clarinet made between 1945 and 1955.This instrument is in very good overall condition. The mouthpiece and all of the parts appear to be in good working condition. All of the pads seem to be in good shape and all of the parts are in good working order. The corks all seem to be in good shape and the wood has no cracks, chips, or splits. There is a logo on the upper and lower joints and also the bell which indicates that it was manufactured prior to 1955 and was made in Elkhart, Indiana U.S.A. The case is in overall good condition. I believe this Selmer Signet Special would make someone a great clarinet either as a beginner or an intermediate level musician. It's very rare to fine a vintage clarinet like this one in such great condition considering the age. I recommend that the buyer take the instrument to a music store for servicing before beginning to play. It would probably need to be tuned up and lubricated prior to assemby and playing.
