I used this Shock for 2weeks and changed to a red one because the red one flexes easier for me.     This shock is designed to last a long time. Once you use a Dura shock you'll never want another prosthetic without one. The shock is just soft enough to take the jolt out but not so soft and squishy. Up to 60° of total rotation and 30° each direction. I believe this is the best prosthetic shock made.
