this is an m. j. hummel germany wall plaque. little girl facing a bee. 5.25'' at widest including the bee. face with ring. open in between. 2 holes at top where it may have originally been hung from. attached fabric and hook middle. marked 30/0 B germany. V and the bee mark in blue. m j hummel at edge. no chips or breaks. may need a bit of cleaning.
