The Peducure Spa was used for personal use only not the public, everything works great....there is a small chip on the bowl (pic # 12) & a couple of scratch in one of the arms on the wood (pic # 11) No tears or cracks in leather. You may pickup locally or you can make arrangements to have it shipped, I will hold the chair until you can make arrangements for shipping.
