Used but appears to be in working order. PLEASE ask any questions prior to purchase because I don't know about this product other than it's a brace of some sort. I can put it on my arm and it seems to be doing it's job but if there is something out of the norm that needs to be checked PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN CHECK IT FOR YOU. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON THIS.
