It measures about 3" long x 1 3/8" wide x 5/8" tall and weighs 39.2 grams. It is marked on the edge of the lid with the lion sterling hallmark along with the date letter Z for 1899. The back side is marked with series of hallmarks for Synyer & Beddoes as well as the city of manufacture Birmingham, England. It is in good vintage condition with a tiny ding under the base.
