Silver plate napkin ring with "DJ" monogram engraved & flower/bird/leaves - $9 - (Vernon, NJ)

I wish I knew something about this, but I don't. I am guessing this is silver plate, as it looks tarnished (I've never cleaned it). There are leaves, a flower, and a bird engraved on it, as well as the initials "D J". It measures just over 1.5" tall and the same in width. Thanks for looking, good luck, and happy holidays! :)
