This beautiful Marx Fred Flintstone Flivver is a one owner toy. This was given to my father brand new in 1962. The beautiful graphics are spectacular! It almost looks brand new. My father was an unusual child, because he didn't play with his toys. He liked to display them in his bedroom as if he lived in a toy store. My father wasn't a pack rat nor did he keep many childhood memories. However, he loved this Fred Flintstone toy and it was one of his prized possessions. In fact, he even made sure that Fred was in his Will before he passed away. As a child I grew up with this toy as part of our family. It sat behind a glass case in our dining room next to our decorative glassware. The toy friction part is not working properly. However, all the wheels spin freely. It's probably an easy fix, but I'm not going to attempt to repair it. As you can see by the pictures, this toy is in remarkable condition. The colors are very bright and vibrant. It measures at 7 inches long, 4 inches tall, and 3 inches wide. I would really like to find a good home for Fred, and carry on his standard of living. My fathers name was Matthew Burns of Indianapolis Indiana. Rest In Peace dad, we miss and love you. All money from this sale will be donated to a dog rescue charity. They help find forever homes for neglected dogs. Thanks
