Silver plated 1800s Toast Holder Or Napkin Holder Jones & Wallet British It is marked with a diamond (R) in the middle of the diamond I will try to get a picture Bottom looks like 3 , top Z. It is hard for me to see the letters and numbers So I am guessing in these ? It is ornate with crawl feet I have not polish so it can have the patina look 7 7/8" long 3 5/8" deep 6" tall
