I have had this unit since they came out. Haven't used it in 20 years or so. It has some discoloration on the exterior, but the inside still looks great! The mirror has never had the protective coating taken off of it. (It should be in perfect shape when it's removed.) There are no "Instructions" with it. (If I remember correctly, you grab a hold of a hair, squeeze the white button on the handle, wait for 30 seconds, and give it a slight tug. The hair should slip right out of the follicle. If it doesn't come out with ease, give it another 30 seconds.) This item is sold in "As Is" condition. I accept PayPal.
