Northern Italian Silver Giltwood Taboret C. 1730 acquired from Therien & Co, a high-end reputable antique furniture wholesaler in San Francisco. The rectangular shaped tightly upholstered seat is formed over a silver gilded wooden frame. The fabric is olive green with a shell design made of either a soft velvet/velour. The shell detail carved centrally below the seat extends to acanthus leaves forming the legs. 21"W x 18"D x 21"H. Originally paid $16,500. The Taboret is perfect for a Boudoir or to showcase in a Living Room.
